Experience with blue dart courier service is the worst experience that i have ever had. The customer service is not responsible. Please do not choose blue dart even for free of cost. They try reaching you only once, if your are not reachable for some valid reason, they do not mind in taking it back, you will not have any update also on the status of your courier until unless you call them up and find out.
Note: they claim that the courier boy will not be provided with mobile phones. This is only company which do not offer mobile phones to courier boy.
