BlueDart Jodhpur Unit is completely useless. They cant locate an area which is just 3 km from central bus stand. Where a kid can search this location. I made lots of calls for two days but it was keep ringing, when I went myself their office then I saw that they don’t bothered to pick any calls.
The manager is a kind of joker and was saying sorry / we don’t have staff, our company is useless etc. He was offering water like a peon. He could not find the packet. I went myself and searched that parcel in just two minute.
What a joke? More than that bluedart doesn’t have any tollfree number or exact email on which we can make complaint.
