This is the worst service ever. Ordered a 40k phone from reliance and they shipped it through blue dart. Called their Indore center 100 times no one picks up.
Called them for 6 hrs. That too delayed. Not delivered. Amazingly pathetic way of running things. Track people down and they give cell phone no. of operations manager who never picks up his phone. No service qualifies. Don’t know what’s with their big reputation or any one in the company really cares about their customers.
