In this modern day and age where logistics are so well developed, I don’t understand why BLUE DART behaves like this. It seems that its legacy is the only thing that is getting it any business. Three incidents of online shopping delivered by BLUE DART, including a LENOVO LAPTOP. BLUE DART website does not have any customer care active. The phone is a dead box. NO one will respond on the twitter account. You cannot find the local office number nor can you contact the delivery executive. An ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD, a LENOVO THINKPAD laptop and one other product, all important. The BLUE DART delivery executive never calls, the tracking system in useless, and suddenly you get a message from BLUEDART that the parcel has been returned because receiver not available at address. There are no contact numbers to find out what happened. I realised that the delivery executives are actually NOT interested in finishing the delivery and hence, simply give an excuse. I wait two days to see if they try again BUT NO. Finally, I catch one of the delivery boys when he visits the neighbours and question him and he simply says that is how they work. I have to plead for the office location and phone number and contact them and go over and collect the parcel myself after showing ID.


So, what was the whole point of having a parcel delivery?
