I tried to contact at least fifty to sixty times today, but their customer call number is consistently busy, (I always get network congested), and really tired of calling them.
They only have single number for customer care no 18602331234, this is the global number and branch wise number for most of the cities. at least for Hyderabad this is the contact number.
They have very good online tracking system, but still if we want to contact and pass some information, at least some working number should be their for any emergency.
