Pathetic service. I am continuously chatting with they for 4 days and the reason they give is inability to locate address. I called the delivery boy 6 times he did not pick or return my calls but to notify that not able to locate address is easy. I have given two mobile numbers two land mark but no they can’t find my home.
Very poor late delivery. I am sakthi vel courier no(EV[private info removed]) .blue dart they aren’t finding full address to deliver in Chennai city. Simply sending to the alternative address. And not making confirmation ph call also. very worst. Ifaced two times very time waste to receive my s.b.i important courier. so sad. very very poor.
