Refund amount not received

I had placed my order on stockbuylove. I received a call on 26th of June 2017 saying that the package was out for delivery. Blue Dart Express was responsible for the delivery process.


I gave my debit card to the delivery boy and he swiped it, and the amount was instantly deducted from my bank account. However the delivery boy say that he had not received the payment and he went away without even giving me the package.


He said that I will receive the refund in the next 2 to 3 working days. Order number : 100786371 , shipment : 100584844


Its been more than a month and I have not received the refund. Tried contacting the customer care and they said that they have initiated the refund request and I will receive it in the next 2 to 3 working days. But I haven’t still got the amount.
