I had purchased a gold pendant for my mom’s 50th birthday from caratlane and I had specifically asked for it to be delivered before the birthday as it was a surprise gift.
The product was shipped by the manufacturer o time however there was an extreme delay in delivering the product by the bluedart team.
Owing to the delay I had to provide an alternate address as there would be no one available on the said address on the day they said the delivery would be done.
They refused to communicate the alternate address to the delivery guy and said it would take one additional day to process the change of address;thought the alternate address was one building away.
They refused to co operate in spite of telling them that it was urgent and to be treated as a priority and the delivery couldn’t be delayed any further.
My mom’s birthday surprise was ruined because of the bluedaart service. They have no respect for consumer satisfaction and needs. Thoroughly useless.
