There is No way to follow up, if they could not reach you in first visit. You will find a Note on your door, with phone numbers, But they dont pick up phone at all.
From 20th Nov, 2010, I could actually contact a person on 25th Nov, 2010.
For 5 days I called every hour at least 5 times. In total at least 150 times.
I called up their customer care also in Delhi. But I could heir only pre-recorded message. That you can check status on website Or you can check status by sending SMS to a number.
I was very frustrated that I could not contact a Blue Dart representative or any person for 5 days.
And Today when the delivery man came. I asked him for the reason.
He told me that they dont even pickup the phone, if he calls to the office for any status.
I dont know how these companies running.
And everyone knows them as a BIG company.
They should improve a lot in their customer care and service.
