I was supposed to receive a parcel from HSBC bank via Blue Dart. The parcel left HSBC on 2nd Sept, and I had not received it by 13th Sept. I called HSBC to get the AWB number so I can call Blue Darts customer service and resolve the matter.
But, looks like Blue Dart is still living in the stone age. Their customer service people dont know how to respond to mails and they also dont know how to accept a phone call and how to talk on phone.
(I have sent them a mail 3 days before, and I am trying to reach their numbers since last 2 days, but no one picks up/accepts the phone)
