The delivery guys don’t call on the no. mentioned on the courier in case they don’t find the location. they just write fake report as customer not at home or cell not contactable etc. I have faced this almost 5 times couriers that I receive from different banks. local couriers are much better.
Hope Mr. Anil Khanna (MD - Blue Dart) reads this. Staff is very rude as well. There is nothing such as service.
