Once I tried this lip balm 8 months ago. It comes in a very small heart shaped tiny plastic box. Appearance of packing is quite attractive. It is cheap, of low cost but the quality of product is below average.I used this balm on my lips before going to bed, it was feeling uncomfortable a little bit but anyhow I tried to sleep and when I woke up in the morning I got frustrated. My lips was completely dry seems like some rinckles are there. It was a very bad feeling, I just can’t explain. I will not recommend this Blue Heaven Lip Balm to anyone.
