I am rating this product as poor/low because I had a very bad experience recently with Blue Ocean Cruise. We, a team of 400 associates were on a corporate outing from my company which is one of the major international Banks.
At the last moment we were informed that the cruise is cancelled because of some reason. The authorities were not even courteous enough to provide us a proper explanation for cancelling the cruise. So all am saying is, people who are planning to go in this cruise, better be prepared with a back up plan as well. Its not easy to arrange alternate arrangements at the last moment for a team of 400 associates.
