So for as long as I remember we’ve had blue star air conditioners at my place.
Even our water dispenser is by blue star.
So coming back to the new ac we recently purchased is been serving well so far all though there are a few draw backs.
The service and support is satisfactory and quick it takes 24 hours for any issue to be resolved as it is company policy that the representative will resolve the issue in 24 hours being the standard time.
The cooling is quick as the ac is new just that 35 days of straight day and night usage as it is fixed in my living room.
There began a weird hissing sound which persists till date after the representative rectifying it twice.
The sounds goes away for anday or two and starts again.
After the issue with the sound I really doubt the reliability of the air conditioner.
The air conditioner serves the purpose hence it is satisfying my needs.
The air conditioner costed 32800/- at a local electronics store.
