My dad bought this product last year in April 2016. After 3 months he had to call the bluestar service team because cooling was pathetic. Team said that it’s just gas issue and filled it. It worked fine for sometime but months but month it’s cooling performance decreased again. It looked like we have bought a fan. It is just one year and have to fill gas again second time.This is just an average AC with bad service and has no value for money. Please don’t consider purchasing this AC as BLUESTAR is incapable of providing any service support. The backup unit is very large and almost doesn’t fits in a normal household setup. Their service partner cooltech solutions are the most unprofessional service provider. Not at all satisfied with this product.
