I bought this ac in few months ago it is a good product and I like it is a amazing cooler and its working capacity is very good.
first of all service and support provide provided by blue star is really good and response from customer service is really fast and active.customer care officer talk very politely and guide you very well.so overall customer suport is good.
I am little bit disapointed with its cooling capacity this ac works fine but its is air pressure is not so quick and its wind throwing motor is little less in power its air throw is not power full thats the way if you go to your home at the afternoon
it will make some time to realize the cooling of this ac.in other hand this is a small ac and this is not perfect for a big hall and big rooms it is capable to cool only small rooms and if you use it in the big rooms in your home its cooling is affected by the size of the room.but a good thing in it is that it is small in size and fit anywhere in the room without taking so much space of yours rooms wall.
Its a good product and I have not faced any technical issue into it so I am satesfied with this ac and its good and reliable product from blue star and it is not full value for money.but it is not a bad deal.and I recomended it to others.
