Bought cresto water purifier from blue Star website by prepaid mode of payment on 11/9/22, 0n 19/9/22 after several calls and mails ultimately it is delivered in the evening by a courier name BL logistics kolkata without any delivery sms intimation, Blue Star neither update any tracking awb number nor ready to share courier details over phone sms Or mail, don’t purchase anything from their website, buy from Flipkart Or Amazon trusted shopping platform. Very bad shopping experience. Ultimately had to call jharkhand area manager and kolkata corporate office to get it delivered on 19/9/2022. Customer care executive and customer service mail team has no knowledge about shipment and they provide shipment data loosely based, but could not provide courier details which is really suspicious.
