I had purchased the Blue star split AC only with the hope that it will turn out to be good as blue star AC are really good and also this company have a good name in market and there were very little complaints about this AC so I bought it.
I used it for 2 months during summer and it worked fine but then after 2 months I was it getting any kind of cool breeze from it so I called the service and they checked it na said the gas was leaking and I have to refill it and he took 500 for visit and 2500 for the refill.
After that the solution was just temporary. The AC still leaking gas and again it cost me more money and it happened the entire summer each time the service support failing to fix it permanently or they were just doing it on purpose to make money I don’t know.
But it cost me very much money and I didn’t even took the advantage of this AC and the whole summer went by frustration and hot. I am really disappointed by thus product and I am not sure it will survive next season.
