I have purchased Blue star split ac 5 star in may 2014. Till date it working good. Customer support is the best one. I needed to call them two times in two years and they came next day itself and get it done. The best ac I got and happy that my decision was good. But you have to clean its filter atleast after 6 months to get cool air.
