I purchased 2 ton last week and from that time I am facing H6 Error and no cooling..Technicians are not user friendly and they don’t pick calls after a visit..i logged a complaint, they keep cancelling it...I won’t recommend blue star to anyone....so called technicians are not able to identify or solve. Even customer care is not able to follow the complaint and keep quiet till we hang up.
