I have used bluestar window AC for 4 years. They have a sound issue generally with windows AC. Cooling was average not so good. We have always undergo with the AC problem also the service was not good. It could also because of the wrong vendor we have purchased from but still the service was not good.
It shows the low temperature but that is not a actual temperature. Functionality was also not so premium. So I wont recommend to purchase it.
