It was a bad atory before 1 year . This ac was kept in my classroom as this is the only company tat my school uses as this ac is very cheap . When they brought this ac . this ac cooled the room within 5 mins it would be on totally for 14 hours everyday. But even though it worked perfect . But suddenly after 1 month , I got a crack sound from inside and suddenly it spilled out ice pieces really I felt very irritated from tat time onwards ac is just on and its leaving air but there is no cooling . It was just kept for showcase in my classroom when we called ac servicer . He said tat this ac is used for many hours . So by dis it got problem we all accepted tat but they also said . Blue star ac is not for the people who are using ac for a longtime . So frnds its vey gud ac for low time users but its a night mare for long time users even. Though I rate it 3 stars
