I have purchased one Blue Star window AC from Kohinoor electronics. After my purchase I registered my request for installation with Blue Star customer care on 24th May 2015. I was provided a ticket number I15052XXXXX. I was told that technician would come within 24 hours for installation.
However nobody came. I again called the customer care and they told again in 24 hours a person would come. Since it was getting delayed I got it installed from outside and requested customer care to provide a demo only. I was told same would be done. Today on 26th May I received a call from+9197734XXXXX stating that person would visit by 15:00 hrs. After some time I received one more call from+9186558XXXXX stating that he would visit by 17:00 hrs. But nobody visited. I called that 86558XXXXX number to know the status at 18:30 hrs to which he stated inquired where to visit but when I provided him details he cut the phone. When I called him again he simply refused to take call. I again contacted 97734XXXXX and he stated that he would confirm in some time. Again I did not receive any call from him so again I contacted to which he said that he would send the person next day.
Now I fail to understand as to why this kind of harassment is being done to the customers just for the demo of product.
Further why the consumer being suffered for unsatisfactory service of tour people. I again contacted your customer care and instead of solving problem he generated new ticket numer D1505280090 and said technician would visit in 24 hours.
So you keep generating tickets and I keep waiting.
