My hubby booked the Blue World Tourist bus online from Delhi to Mussoorie on 23-02-2017. The cost of two tickets is 1500 for AC seater bus. The boarding point is R.K Ashram station. From the R.K Ashram station to Anand Vihar there is another bus for all the tourist. Bus is not so good and most important dirty one. We talk about the bus to the owner but he is rude and not good at his response. Our start of trip is already bad.
But we have to wait for the original bus at Anand Vihar. All the passengers are so worried. Some are with their families with older people also. All people faces so many problems with the seats and fare especially.
After that we reached Anand Vihar, all the passengers of mussoorie are separated and send to the another bus. The bus is very far away from my imagination. We book the seat number 4-5 which is in the middle of bus but the owner say us to sit on the seat number 7-8 which is at the end and very uncomfortable. Then we explain about the seats, finally sort out but seats are not so good. Overall Journey is full of tiredness and bad.
Bus timings are also not fixed, bus is half an hour late. We reach the mussoorie by 7’o clock.
Never ever try this bus if you want comfortable and joyful journey.
