In my experience I think we are short of the 24/7 experience that they claim is offered all the time. Your support team is there but in bits and pieces.
Can you please ask them to answer calls whenever necessary? Our hosting works fine but when we need to add resources or have domain elated queries or bandwidth related questions, we need your team’s support
