I work for an Int.branded showroom in a metropolitan city in INDIA. We have placed BLUE STAR cassette in our store and after the warranty period, we continued with BLUE STAR for AMC. But the service provided by them in at worst case, the engineers come and just wash the filters and attends only to small problems. We have 4 cassettes in our store. In one of the cassette A/C there was a problem in the water sensor. which occured in JAN’09. But till now no one from BLUE STAR has bothered to care for it even after continous reminders and complaints. So. I suggest every one of not take AMC of direct BLUE STAR
I have logged the complaints and even talked to many of the senior engineers and excutives. No one has replied me till date regarding the delay caused. But when the period gets over their own executive keep on calling us for extending the validity . They are behaving like politicians who talks only before elections. but after that we can see them only during next election
