Fraud Payments -Charged me twice but refunded once

Bluestone collection - Amazing collection of online jewelry, impressive don’t get me wrong their BUT.


Watch out for payments - I purchased pedant and earing set from Bluestone for Diwali 2015


They charged me for the pendant price twice when I was going through my transactions, looking at this I returned the product immediately. But I never received refund for the pendant when they charged me again, the timestamp and location details are exactly same for this transaction but customer support of bluestone told me they cant track my transaction at all. Which left me wondering about the security of their payments gateway.


I and my family are never going to buy anything from Bluestone going further. Please watch out your account what they are debiting and how many times. I feel like I am the victim of their online fraud.
