I purchased almost 3 products from Bluestone. I didn’t worry or doubt the authenticity much since it came with a certificate.
It all came to light when I asked for exchange based on their lifetime Exchange policy.
It took me more than 2 weeks to get to them, they were not at all customer friendly. No response to mails, when I cal, they will offer me a call back but they Never call back.
Finally, after 2 weeks, someone called me regarding my issue. I bought the product with when the market price was 27k now and it was 10 grams, now they’re telling me the product I have was made with only 5 gram gold and printed 10 grams on certificate.
So, they are offering me an exchange price of 18k instead of 27k. They are big frauds cheating customers online. They don’t follow a market price. They just fix a price that suits them.
When asked, one of their manager says there is no such law to update the price daily. This itself is ridiculous. When the gold prices go up. They change the price immediately. But when it goes down they don’t.
After sales support is almost non existent. They don’t care once you get cheated by them.
Don’t spend your hard earned money to get cheated by this fraud company.
