I bought a ring from bluestone and all the communications etc was very good. The shopping experience was very good with them and the ring delivered to me on time and good value. The website is good and has some real nice contemporary designs.
However, the problem started when one of the gems became loose on the ring just after a month of purchase. I was told by customer service that fixing it wont be free and I had to ship it back to Bangalore. Not pleased by that at all. If their product can only last a month then it isnt worth buying anything from them. I have never had an experience where a gem becomes loose on a ring.
I will go to my jeweler next time rather than buying online.
