We had ordered a Plain gold Jumiki based on the service over the phone, what we received was not a what we ordered, Bliestone and their vendors should have better quality checks in place before sending the product.
Can Bluestone have a provision where in a scanned copy of the item can be sent to the customer before the product is sent out via courier. Anyways, I will get future product from Bluestone only based on their service which they are yet to deliver.
