BMTC is good compared to other travel operators. They have lot of buses. Many AC laxury buses are including normal buses operating daily in banglore. The ticket price is high. Only solution is buy a daily pass or monthly pass from BMTC from which we can travel anywhere any number of time in BMTC. Only its benefit to daily travelers with passes. Buses are GPS enabled which has display and speakers to inform passangers about next bus stop and current location. Often BMTC buses are over crowded with lot of noise by Bus engine we can’t hear or se these location notifications from behind. Except AC buses normal buses are not cleaned or serviced properly. We can find lot of torn tickets, dust, mud inside the bus. There is no cleanness here. Buses are not well conditioned, many times buses wont start due to technical issues. In these situation again we have to wait for another bus. Cunducters are rude and mage to loot the people. They wont give change to us purposefully. At the end we will endup loosing change money, which is profit for these cunducters. No matter they have change or not they simply dont give change and avoid you. They behave like uneducated people and ready to fight with us if one askes for change money. These BMTC buses are the major cause for Banglore city traffic because Bus drivers stops the bus in between the road or they will pickup passengers anywhere between in the road. In many buses we can see torn seats or tied iron roads hanging showing maintainence status of bus. Over all BMTC was supposed to be give good service to the passengers but ending up with bad reviews by passengers like me who thinks its the hell to travell by BMTC.
