There are some things in life which become a part of your life and which remain attached to you.
Its been a long relation with BMTC and the one that I will cherish for the rest of my life.Well my early memories of BMTC come with my school days where I used to catch a bus from Srirampura to Vijayanagar for my school BSVP and that was one great journey.We had a gang who used to catch bus at Srirampura and we used to have a blast.We used to occoupy the front 3 seats and we could see the entire bus at one look, the comments the mischief all remains imprinted in our minds till today.
We used to catch this bus regularly and as time passed and we girls and the driver became some sort of friends.He sometimes used to wait for us if we were late for our bus.Its been a great journey.Then the second stint started and I had to travel from Vijayanagar to Jayanagar for my P.U college and the journey for me just got better.Even then we had a gang of friends and used to chill out .There were moments where we used to have fights in the bus and the same time we used to play antakshar. Sweet and sour moments at the same place, the same BMTC bus.
I was very eager to travel in the Volvo buses and this was justified during my initial training days when I used to travel from my home to Electronoics city.Volvo is altogether a different experience as there is not much noise and people all are quietly sitting.It was different but still I liked it as one could really relax a lot in a travel like this.
There are many plusses than minusses in BMTC buses as the service which they offer may look gawdy to some but otherwise they are very punctual with their work.
I always wanted to write about BMTC buses and this was just the right place to do it.
