I ordered a Rockerz 255 Pro plus headphone with order number - 5179898 from boat-lifestyle.com. When the package got delivered on 30th July 2023, the headphone was missing. It was just an empty Boat Packet and no headphone inside that.
I have reached out to the BOAT team since on an inspection, I found the outer box was tampered and the packaging was redone. I sent so many e-mails with images of inner package and outer package and everything and did many calls to follow up on if they got the image or not. At last, on 10th Aug at around 10:37am they sent an e-mail that "we have investigated the case with courier team and the product was delivered in intact condition". I regret the decision to buy that headset from the BOAT website. I should have bought it from the local shop as it is a cheap and available product in any electronic shop.
anyways, I am not going to buy anymore BOAT products or services. I have bought many charging cables and another headphones from BOAT, but not going to buy anymore as I felt cheated by their repeated e-mails asking for images and then doing nothing about it. This is the end of it!
