This gym is one of the cheapest options available in Chennai. It generally focuses on the Upsc aspirants studying in it’s adjacent building. They even have a special offer for them who will eventually stop going to gym in a few weeks. I used to go there last year. The area is too small and it’s underground sometimes will be suffocating.
With that said the gym provides you with a trainer not a personal trainer ofcourse but this is more than many other gyms offer. It has almost all the equipments but there will be a long queue waiting to use it no matter what time you go. The gym actually provides quality services for the money. One important thing don’t buy supplements that are provided by them, just buy them online
