The concept is pretty similar to barbeque nation and sigree where the grill will be placed on the table and the starters would be served to you on the table. We mainly had the non vegetarian starters which were the coastal barbeque prawns, lemon chicken, shahi seekh kebab, pesto fish, patrani machi & lal mirch tangdi. The coastal prawns were fresh and the spices were quite balanced. The lal mirch tangdi was pretty okay though the meat was pretty succulent. The patrani machi was very okay. The shahi seekh kebab was slightly bland and the meat was a little chewy not very soft. The definite winners were pesto fish and lemon chicken. The chicken meat was soft and the flavour of lemon was quite balanced. The pesto fish was also outstanding.
For the main course, there are many live stations like chat, oriental live counter and pasta live counter. I tasted both their versions of pasta(which is red sauce and white sauce). The white sauce was much better than the red one as the red one was a bit too tangy. The oriental counter was also good. I tried their rice with barbeque sauce with an assortment of meats and vegetables. The pani poori was pretty decent. For the main course I tried their butter chicken, fish in red hot tepanyaki, Dal makhani and the rest of the vegetarian dishes which were pretty okay.
However, the desserts are nothing outstanding.
