Bombay blues had advertised that they were having a festival on Anglo Indian food . When we visited them at Fort on 16th Aug at 730 pm after being seated we pointed to the brochure reg the special offer on the table we asked for the menu. e were told the menu is not available. After 10 min the boy attending the table [I cannot call them waiters as they lacked the basic courtesy and politeness associated with waiters] told us there was no such food available.
Being surprised we asked him to call the steward/captain or some one responsible who appeared after another ten min, we asked what about the festival food which was advertised, he said he would check up. we waited for another 15 min during which we tried to catch the attn of some other steward/captain, who deliberately avoided us, when we finally caught hold of one he said no such food was available, when questioned about the advt and the brochure he slipped away and started removing the brochure from all the tables.
After a waiting for about 45 min we decided to leave as we reached the door the steward came with the festival menu and said that some items were available. We left in disgust. apparently the so called festival was to lure customers
