If any one is more corrupted in this department are the ones who have to do the cleaning of the streets & bins in Bombay.
My personal experience has been very bad every year I go back thinking my country and city must have improved a lot but I alway’s come back a dejected person.
Bombay is such a beautiful city if these people really do their jobs well no one can out beat this city why does not somebody do something about it.
We have people doing social work why does not someone come up & not only say but do it & show believe me I stay in a colony where a company like Tata’s has it’s colony in Andheri but see the filth last 12 yrs no changes it disgusts me when I go back I feel it is much better to live in a country side then this city.
Not only this on arrival when we get out of the airport it is worse to see the line of people doing their daily jobs on the roads how does one improve in such a situation because our top people do not bother or worry themselves to see if these should be stopped , start putting a fine & do it dutifully not put the money into your own pockets utilise it to build toilets which may be accessible to these people it looks a sorry sight to the state of Maharashtra having such a beautiful city in your hands you people are letting it go to dogs.
We have people of Bollywood top most Business people & who not live here but who cares life is going on let it go on believe if you care for yourself learn to care for the city you were born in. When people say anything bad about Bombay I feel a lot as I know what we have in Bombay the sites, temples, discos, beaches, top most hotels, theatres, movie houses I mean what not the markets where you get all goods whether it is foreign or Indian then why do people criticize it just because it is dirty. That should not be the reason where a city which gives the chance for poor or rich to make their lives be called. Why oh why can someone really not do something about it instead of you politicans just talking one of them get up and do something or ask a person who can work in this department like Mr.Khairnar maybe then things could get a little better. Bombay is made for all categories but some of them are utilizing Bombay just to make a living and go to their own homeland & do the good deed but do so in the city which has made you if you can’t do good do not even destroy it the way you all our doing so gradually people out there will kill the beautiful things but I am sure Bombayites will not let that happen get a hold of yourselves and try to do something. By the way recently I was in Bombay it was nice to realise the opening of the new bridge has made things easier for people travelling to & fro to Andheri for once I felt good & hoping & praying things get better I really wish the B.M.C does something to really keep Bombay clean throw out the lazy ones & get new people who will work & not sign the muster & go home and Drink alcohol & laze around you are being paid do your job and then go & do what you want if you can’t you have no right to the money you are taking as it is publics hard earned money so give us our money worth or leave your post and the country as well let someone take over who may do their jobs but this thought is a far of one as corruption is the B.M.C.name. It will be a person who really cares about this city to wake up & help out.
