There are three monasteries in around bomdila locals call them gompa it is always best to ask gompa than saying monastery I experienced in bomdila it is a very valuable and beautiful place I have ever saw the greenery and the scenes from the top of the mountain is soo beautiful the food is also different and very good but it has no railways and airways in bomdila it is a very small place walking is the best way to get around the town in bomdila the sikkim restaurant is so popular .main market thukpa, momo and chowmein ( fired noodles) available in both veg and non-veg I wish u to go do there and have fun
