I purchased this coffee maker almost a month back. For the first week of purchase it was like a dream coffee maker for me, but just about after a week one day it started leaking from the hot water passage and not only that it also dumped a12 cup load all over the counter. So I contacted the service center. They said that they would keep it for an observation for few days, if it's a major defect then they said they will replace it. So I am disappointed and doughtful about the quality of the product. Would share my remaining feedback about the product, after my product is replaced and comes back from the service center. But so far the experience with the product has been very disappointing.
