I hired Bonitos Designs. They ask you to provide Rs 15, 000 before starting the design so that you are blocked. and after paying 60% they don’t even bother that you are fine with the work or not. Flooring not covered to protect it and it was refused.
Lot of damage at places no work was done by them. Wiring taken from place where not asked to. And when escalated no action taken. To start, I hired them on Dec first week. they took 1 1/2 month only for discussion. after asking them no to delay any further designer finally took some time out and freeze the design with false ceiling design open. When they asked me to pay 60%, I paid the money immediately(in Jan mid). With this less than 40% false ceiling work done.
Which I was not happy with so asked them. To complete the work or atleast start the remaining work to gain the confidence back but looks like they are not interested in it. and asking me to pay remaining 40% I did that. Escalated to their(so called) directors on this in April but no steps taken. Now its June mid and work is still not completed for a min work of 1 wardrobe, 1 TV Unit, 1 show rack, 1 Display Unit and 2 bathroom cabinets with FULL amount already taken by them.
After paying 100% to them they refused to do 3Wall in TV Unit, provide the same design in shoe Rack, drawers in Dressing Unit, Glass Shelf in Bathroom and other things which I have already paid for. I suggest please think 10 times before hiring them as there is no go back after you pay the money. You will be caught in an endless loop. For people who are planning to think to go ahead with them. they delete bad reviews from place they can. They did for me. I placed the comment in thier facebook web page they deleted the comment and blocked my ID to place further comment in their web page. PLEASE BE AWARE.
