It is totally fraud company. Their salesperson vishal tricked me into buying their regal cards. My application numbers are 251060 251051 251052 251054
251061 and the salesperson doesnt even pick up the calls. The company just want to the cards by hook or crook. Its been a month now that the salesman vishal is not responding after making commitments of bookings. When I called their customer support then the two girls their named bhavya bharadwaj and rajni are ill mannered and rude. They forgot to take the responsibility of what the salesperson offered and refused to make bookings before 20 days. When I asked for refund of my amount so they told me to invest this money in their own travel subsidiary that makes travel packages different from the travel cards. They have taken 50, 000 and still not issued my card. Please beware and dont make your bookings through them. Please spend more but dont get tricked by them. They are just tricksters. They dont know how to talk to a customer who have given them their hard earned money. Their staff from customer support to salesperson work on part time basis and have no training. They even refused to make bookings after paying the final amount.
