Bonzo Travels is a Big cheat company. You are advised not to get trapped under them, they cheat you off your money. They sell you the plan and the representative disappears after it. I bought Bonzo Platinum Travel Card wherein they never provided me any Hotel booking. I called them multiple times for booking but they always come up with an excuse of non-availability & asked me to call after 02 months to know the status.
Customer service is much rude, they yell on you and say that this is how they work wherein you cant do anything since you get stuck. They made me to finish my subscription without offering me any services.
IT IS A BIG CROOK COMPANY.
