I placed an order for a book on Dec 14, 2012. The estimated delivery time given was 2-4 business days with the estimated shipping date of Dec 18. Unfortunately for me, I paid upfront instead of opting for Cash on Delivery.
I received a shipment notification on Dec 15, however the book has still not reached me (Dec 26).I contacted customer service 3 times (via email) and received no status update, let alone a response. Looks like I will have to write off the amount (thankfully only one book) and re-order the book from elsewhere.
Please be wary of using bookadda, which pockets your money, doesn’t deliver and doesn’t even refund your money.
8/3/2013 Looking at the attractive price of a couple of books, I made the mistake of ordering again. This time the ship-by date came and went, and the order status stayed "Ordered". Never again will I use bookadda.
