If you are located in Bangalore, stay away from Bookadda. Pathetic service in Bangalore. I had ordered a book(1337887471713) almost 7 days back. As usual the committed delivery period was 2-3 days but there is no sign of delivery. surprisingly, I got a msg 3 days back of self delivery but it was just to get me excited.
The customer service mailed saying it will be delivered before evening but it was just to keep me motivated. looks like they dont have any idea about the delivery too. The delivery guy sends a mail that he has been contacting us for past 3-4 days but there has been no call. Why he has to call me to deliver the book?
Their delhi delivery is good, but bangalore is pathetic.go for flipkart and not bookadda if you are in bangalore.
