A company which actually shouldn’t be doing this business or even allowed to, all full of liars where updates on tracking is done as upon their wish & showed(updated) delivered when actually it isn’t delivered and if you try inquiring no one cares to reply on the email nor on Facebook messages until & unless you post it openly I think no one would get back to you, there is no customer care number no, no office addresses, official website seems half complete with broken links so one can easily predict as what would be their parcel’s fate if at all it is sent to you through them or you chose them to send something.
My suggestion - Do not use their services if you want yourself to be saved from sufferings and running around behind a simple parcel/package.
Wrote them messages on Facebook and the result was tracking update was changed from "Delivered" to "Address not Found" without even bothering to give a reply.
So ultimately once again choice would be yours if want to use their services.
Would have been happy here if I could rate them in negative starts but the panel doesn’t allow me to the same.
