They cheated me in collaboration with their service partner Park lane Apartment clarges Appartment London.
I booked this apartment thru booking.com from 19th to 23rd March22 on a heavy price of 155000, my spouse had a back injury and when I called hotel they mentioned they have fully functional elevators , when I reached No lift was working and manager was not ready to even talk on call, I immidately called booking.com, they suggested me to book another place and they will refund the paid amount, I booked as suggested and paid another hotel about 20% more for last minute and to my surprise now booking.com is deniying to refund the money.
Pls do not trust these cheaters, they do these frauds in collaboration with their partner properties.
