We signed up on bookmybai.com for a maid. A refundable deposit amounting to Rs.1000/-was paid by us in order to initiate the process. They couldn’t provide any maid and we asked for a refund of Rs.1000/-. It has been 45 days and they have not refunded our money. They are nether answering phone calls nor replying to whatsapp messages. Extremely disappointed and frustrated! Bookmybai.com is fraud and government should ban and blacklist it.
