When I requested for a maid, they responded quite well and I got the maid to look after my kid. They demanded me to pay the charges within 3 days. I paid money to their field executive who promised me to provide documents(Identity documents e.g. Aadhar card for address proof) of the maid as well as 700 rupees change by the evening. But he didn’t give me either the documents or returned the change. I called them many times, texted many messages but, I got no fruitful response.
On the other hand the maid became very irresponsible and was late more than an hour almost everyday which really affected both(me and my wife) of our jobs. Hence, I called many times to complain to Ms. Pooja, But neither she picked my phone calls nor responded to my messages.
when our maid continued to be late everyday, we asked her to not to come. And I tried calling Ms. Pooja, the person who was handling my case, she never picked my calls. I sent her many detailed text messages and requested her to replace the maid and respond as quickly as possible but, it is been almost 45 days now she never called me back nor responded to my messages.
Then we tried and got another maid by our own efforts. I understood that, Book my bai works only until we pay them, later they don’t bother about us. I am feeling like calling them as cheaters and frauds. they never keep their promises.
