One would expect someone dealing with so much international currency to be more professional and organised as well as sincere in customer support.

The first impression was not that of this company but it
seems that as time has gone within a few months, just a little success has got to their head.
Customer support is just for show- it only works when they want to make sales. Not for any problems anyone has with a delivery or an order and also some cases have been heard of where people haven’t got their money delivery.
The vendor who sent the money to me last time didn’t take instructions properly and later lied and put the blame on me. Her bosses didn’t do anything about that and Bookmyforex didn’t call me when I tried to complain via email. That was a month back and last two days I tried to call three times including to a senior person who promised a call back but they just don’t care enough to keep good customer relations.
In short they are FRAUDS.
