It becomes such a pain to reload your card when you are abroad and they come out with their own rules.
There’s no netbanking loading facility and you are always at the mercy of their executives who need multiple follow-ups.
As I was staying outside for a longer period, they refused to reload my card saying they can’t service immigrants, even though I was not one.
Regretting taking their card. Better go with a regular bank forext card which is simple and hassle-free. You may have to pay a slightly higher rate, but you don’t have to deal with jokers.
